I have been in Internet sales for roughly 2 years now and I was averaging about 12-15 cars per month. Yes, I was an average salesman but I didn't realize it. Like others I blamed the quality of the leads for my performance. I realized, after attending an e-Dealer Solutions training, it wasn't the quality of the leads that was affecting my performance; it was my performance affecting my performance.

When other dealerships gave up on the customer and quit sending them e-mails, I was still doing it so when they were ready to buy, guess who they came to see?
