e-Dealer Solutions, Inc. was founded in January 2002 by Jennifer Suzuki, a California native and Florida resident. e-DS focuses on implementing proprietary based training solutions for automotive retailers. The company is comprised of training solutions for Internet Sales, Phone Sales, BDC Sales as well as coaching on Internet Marketing Strategies. Our results-based courses are professionally written and organized for optimum, adult learning. Each course is part of an ongoing growth structure that increases salespeople’s performance, success and closing ratio’s. This step by step curriculum will confront: process, sales foundation, sales techniques, professionalism, value, methodology, CRM usage, email composition, voicemails and leveraging technology to increase value and to build strong relationships. Danielle’s automotive history began in 1991 as a Parts Truck Driver. She has held just about every position in the dealership over her 18 year history including Accounts Receivables, Salesperson, Sales Manager, and Internet Sales Director. She attended the prestigious, Northwood University and completed the Automotive Marketing and Management program with a BA degree. In 1997, Dave started his automotive career as a retail salesperson in California which is where he is originally from and presently resides. After averaging 20 cars per month over a two year timeframe he was promoted to the Internet manager position and quickly built a team. Getting in to the Internet side was a very big change for him and forced him to challenge himself to learn more skill sets. At the same time, Dave learned how to be an effective sales manager and started desking all of the internet departments deals. He also worked on the retail side assisting from time to time.
